By submitting your likeness to Dreadful Dolly's, you must agree to the following: 1. The photo or likeness you submit must be of yourself. No photos of third parties will be accepted.
2. The photo or likeness may not be under copyright, trademark or ownership to any other person or entity. Please insure that the photographer who photographed you is aware of your submission and does not hold a copyright.
Meaning no professional photos or photos used for ads, magazines, or taken by professional photographers and yes, Walmart counts as a professional photographer. No professional portraits.
3. You agree to have the finished artwork incorporating your photo or likeness exhibited on the pictures page of this site, http://dreadfuldollys.com and that the photo becomes property of Miss Jess (Jessica Sullivan) and Dreadfuldollys.com.
4. The artwork incorporating your photo or likeness will be copyrighted as work from artist Miss Jess and dreadfuldollys.com .
5. You agree not to sell or use for commercial purposes, the Artwork with your photograph, performed by Jessica.
6. You will not submit pornographic, or explicit material for submission on this site.
7. You will not submit any photo or likeness depicting yourself or others engaged in any activity that could be deemed illegal.
8. You fully understand that your photograph will be used for artistic purposes only, and digital alternation will be artistic in nature and not pornographic in any way, shape or form.

NOTICE: TERMS OF SERVICE SPECIFIC TO MINORS UNDER THE AGE OF 18
1. Minors must obtain their parent or legal guardians permission before submitting any photo or likeness.
2. If you are under the age of 18 DO NOT submit photos of yourself that are
- Showing your undressed
- Showing you undressing
- Wearing provocative or revealing clothing
- Engaging in graphic or illegal actions (including smoking or drinking)
3. Miss Jess maintains the sole discretion in determining if the photos or likenesses are acceptable for use. All photos or likenesses that are determined by Stefanie Evans or GothGirl.us to be unacceptable will be deleted without further notice to the submitter.
ATTENTION: Any photo or likeness that is thought to depict illegal acts will be destroyed (deleted) with no notice to the sender.
